Everything is new at ETNA Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria
ETNA Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria has undergone immense changes. This month, they unveil not only their new chef and menu, but also a new interior at both their Duxton and Upper East Coast outlets.
The lady at the helm of the kitchen is Chef Anna Borrasi who has over thirty years of Italian cuisine experience and has opened six restaurants all over Europe. Her mouthwatering creations are visually complemented with contemporary presentations.
Etna’s menu has been redesigned by Chef Borrasi and boasts hearty Italian cuisine with a hint of Sicilian inspiration. Try the homemade ravioli stuffed with walnuts and four cheeses in Bronte pistachio sauce or the spaghetti with sea urchin and prawns with crispy zucchini.
